Hearty Buffalo Stew
(slow Cooker)

(4-6 servings)

2 lb. buffalo stew meat,
   cut in 1 inch cubes
5 carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 large onion, cut in chunks
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 (1lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix thoroughly.

Cover and cook on low for 12 hours (high for 5-6 hours).
